Aluminum composite panel production line is designed to produce aluminum composite panels. PE is processed to be sheet after extruded by extrusion machine of high power and T-DIE molding, then the sheet is sandwiched with top, bottom aluminum coil and two layers of adhesive film to compound together.
The production procedure of continual heat-compounding ensures products with high intensity and smoothness after series cooled and formed in panel.
The definable board size cross-trimming system install approaching inductor or meter control which is convenient to meet customers requirements to finish production.

Cleaning line
FUNCTION:
This line is professionally designed to de-fat and chromate-treat aluminum coil to form a golden, light-blue and pure chemical film layer on the surface of the work pieces to ensure better endurance, strong adhesion of paint layer. Tension control system and preventing centering device ensure the coil outputting & taking-up stably, levelly and orderly. Electric control system is equipped with parts of famous world Brand.

Coating line
FUNCTION:
The line is professionally designed to precisely coat & cure aluminum coil. An even chemical film layer was formed on the surface after aluminum coil was chromate-treated. It is helpful to produce colorful coated aluminum coil after continually rolling & color-painting & high temperature stove-varnishing. It is preparation for aluminum plastic compounding. Precision rolling & coating machine adopted our advanced technique to roll & coat the paint even, level and smooth on the surface of aluminum coil.
Paint stove varnish can be optionally heated by electricity or oil or gas as per customers requirements. Tension control system and preventing centering device to ensure the coil outputting & taking-up stably, levelly and orderly. Electric control system is equipped with parts of famous world Brand.
